I led the designed and execution of the core product experience including an AI chatbot system. Its success delivered a product that seamlessly connects businesses to customers, ensuring diverse needs are met without needing to leave the platform.

SalesGroup is an AI powered customer support platform that automates conversations while giving teams full visibility and control over customer interactions.
I was great for this project because of my systems thinking and ability to translate complex design challenges into clear, scalable frameworks. Rather than approaching it as a UI cleanup task, I focused on building an ecosystem that balances usability, adoption, and long-term scalability.

SalesGroup’s existing website suffered from a fragmented structure, inconsistent visual language, and unclear information hierarchy, making it difficult for users to understand the product and navigate key offerings effectively. The absence of a cohesive design system and unified messaging led to a disjointed user experience, weakened brand perception, and reduced the site’s ability to convert visitors into customers.

I analysed competitor products to understand industry best practices, user expectations, and interaction patterns. I reviewed SalesGroup’s existing site, identifying gaps in information hierarchy, messaging, and visual consistency. This research informed opportunities to unify the brand experience, optimize user flows, and design a system that balances clarity, usability, and SalesGroup’s unique positioning in the sales tools market.
